Jim McSwiggan
James McSwiggan, CEO & Founder

James McSwiggan has over 35 years of banking and consulting experience. He has served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member of a billion-dollar public banking institution in the Philadelphia area.

With his experience, James has provided consulting services to bank and non- bank clients in loan transactions, regulatory issues; risk management, compliance, loan review, bank mergers and acquisitions; special assets and work-out, loan portfolio acquisitions and sales and drafting policies, procedures and processes that meet regulatory requirements and prudent business standards.

Mr. McSwiggan holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses from FINRA.

Dennis Lemley, Director of Lending

Dennis Lemley is an experienced business executive and entrepreneur with broad knowledge of financing, business management, construction, field supervision and coordination of technical services, including architectural and engineering design review. The experience of Mr. Lemley makes him an invaluable resource in the home builder financing program for Clarion Street Advisors.

Mr. Lemley has served as President of the Home Builders Association of Delaware, Inc., a member of the board of directors of the Home Owners Warranty Program of Delaware and the National Director of the National Association of Home Builders.

Mr. Lemley holds a Business Administration degree from Widener University and a Certificate of Planning from the University of Delaware.

Stephen J. Bowen, Director of Lending

Stephen J. Bowen has over 15 years of banking experience, consistently building successful teams. He was most recently employed with Bank Of America as a Market Growth Leader Executive where he assisted in overseeing all aspects of sales and service for 44 branches throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a special emphasis on growth of Market Share by increasing deposit, loan and investment portfolios while delivering great service.

Mr. Bowen has been recognized and promoted for his ability to lead, strategize and execute with a practical hands-on approach. He is a broad based banking professional with a track record of increasing revenue production in Retail, Commercial and Mortgage Banking. He has a strong Operations background, implementing best practice methods to win new business, improve process workflow, and effectively execute.

Mr. Bowen attended college in West Virginia where he majored in Business Management with a minor in finance.

John Greenebaum
John Greenebaum, Executive Vice President

John Greenebaum is a respected financial services executive and entrepreneur with over 40 years’ experience in commercial banking, investment banking, and business ownership. Known for his integrity and client-focused mentality, Mr. Greenebaum’s background includes financial analysis, business development, commercial lending, private placement, mergers and acquisitions and structured finance activities with corporate clients ranging from large public companies to medium and smaller sized private companies.

After a successful commercial bank lending career, he founded Mid-Mark Investment Company, Inc., an investment bank specializing in private debt placement activities for both “Fortune 500” and middle market corporate clients. At Mid-Mark, Mr. Greenebaum, along with a partner, originated and placed approximately $1.5 billion of corporate finance transactions. He subsequently led the leveraged buy-out of a specialty database publishing company, repositioned the company as a technology-driven, net-based business and sold it in May 2000, prior to joining RLS Associates, a Wilmington, DE-based merger and acquisition intermediary and advisory firm.

Mr. Greenebaum comes to Clarion from St. John Holdings, Inc. where he was Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Miami University (of Ohio) and is a Graduate of The Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University.
